    Carl came to service my ac unit and while he appeared knowledgeable, many things we not done correctly. He did not drain the system properly for one (am currently with someone else who is actively fixing that issue). When he tested the amperage of the capacitor, “the wire was loose” resulting in an arc flash. The capacitor has a burn mark/near hole in it but he said it would be fine. (Also currently with the other company who is now replacing that capacitor before it causes other issues). So now I have to pay twice for a job PLUS other parts because of these issues. Do not recommend.
