    We purchased an above ground pool from Oasis in Spring of 2021, which was installed September 2021. That alone was a frustrating process, but not my immediate issue. Since it was the end of the season, we were told to fill the pool and winterize it. We opened the pool in 2022. From the first day it was pushing large amounts of sand into the pool. This is not my first time owning a pool, so I knew this was an issue. The filter continues to pump sand into the pool. My husband and I contacted Oasis multiple times in 2022 and 2023 to report this issue. Each time we had to leave a voicemail. Our calls were never returned. I looked into the warranty with the filter but it was expired as it was purchased more than a year before we were able to utilize pool. We have tried for 2 years to get assistance with this faulty piece of equipment they provided us, and our calls go unanswered. I was not familiar with BBB until recently and that is the reason for delay. In addition, we were hoping the business would do the right thing and contact us to provide a resolution even if it was outside of the busy pool season.
