     Complaint: 22004535

I am rejecting this response because: The company is making false statements. The vehicle has been broken down since 07/04/2022. I do not own any money on this vehicle and he has not attempted to repossess the vehicle. The own was aware of my home address IF he wanted to repossess the vehicle but again he did not. The own has history of conducting fraud, especially using myself and family. I have character witnesses who can testify again this business fraudulent actions using two of my vehicles and others from my family to commit insurance fraud . This company is not a trusted company and understands how to get through loop holes to justify themselves. I am simply asking for the title to junk this vehicle because it has not been in use since the above date. It was been sitting in a garage for the last two years with a blown transmission and motor due to this company selling me a lemon. He did not honor the warranty and as he stated in his last response two years ago , he did not like that I kept on him about my fixing his mistake. So again Im not asking for anything else but the title to junk this vehicle. Its no use to me hasnt been for two years. I do not own any money on this vehicle , he does not use proper parties for a lien, meaning the number he states that is owned is a new amount. He did not state this in his last response in 2022.

    Regards,

IF THE COMPLAINT IS SO SURE THAT THE VEHICLE IS ALREADY PAID IN FULL, THEY ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO BRING PROOF OF ALL THE RECEIPTS FOR EACH PAYMENT AND WE WILL CORRECT THE ISSUE ACCORDINGLY IN OUR SYSTEMS, UNTIL THEM THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL BASED ON OUR RECORDS, SINCE THE LAST PAYMENT THE VEHICLE HAS ACCURED LATE FEES THAT ALSO ADDED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PREVIOUSLY PRESENTED, BASED ON OUR SYSTEMS THE VEHICLE WAS SEND OUT FOR REPOSSESION ON 4/1/2024, HOWEVER WE HAVENT SEND ANYONE TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE BECAUSE AS A COMPANY WE DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEIR NO SENSE, WE ARE A SMALL BUSSINES IN A SMALL TOWN AND THE COMPLAINER AND THEIR FAMILY HAS MAKE THEIR MISSION TO PUT OUR BUSSINES IN *******.

In order for us to release the ******, all of our customers are required to show proof of all their payments, this interaction happened a few years ago and since than our systems have been updated. As it's a standard practice for Auto Sales Business to hold a lien on any ****** until it is payoff. If such interaction exists, we will need for the complainer to show us proof of all payments made.

I am rejecting this response because:
*********************** knows that the car was to be paid off by false insurance claims done with me my sister and mothers vehicles if they would like proof I can submit proof of how I was working for him lying to insurance so he can get storage fees for my familys vehicles being there thats the proof there so if he wants me to get the proof I will contact insurances that had no idea of our actions and submit the proof of how the car set a lot longer than they should have and how my mothers vehicle only got a bumper compared to all the other stuff he said it needed because I removed it and hid it from the insurance and how the rear hatches still damaged from that day so I would like my title since he knows there is no proof of payment. Ive got a bill of sale with my car no reason should I have a lien on my title check the *** record a bill of sale was given when I registered the car not a lien contract so if ****** will like for me to submit proof I gladly will submit ALL KNOWLEDGE of the scamming he does with the auctions and his vehicles is he still lying to the auction that cars he sold are still on lot also? Hes playing with fire he knows I know to much to be playing sooooooo with that being said please release this fake lien on my title or I WILL SUBMIT PROOF OF ALL THE ***** IVE DONE FOR ************************* ??
