    I brought my 05 ******** Escalade ext to fast life customs 4/30/24 for rocker panel replacement received a quote for $2,000 I asked to have panel replacement with manufactured replacement rocker panels, remove any and all rotted areas and no Bondo. 7/27/2024 I went to their shop to pick up. Once arriving my husband and I noticed imperfections in the body work. My husband had found a rotted hole still in the one rocker panel (fast life customs inspected my vehicle with a jagged rotted hole and sharp edge in the rocker) there was a lot of Bondo on the work that I also had asked not to have. The work was not completed in the manner as requested and also not completed properly in the manner that the shop had repaired, it will result in future damage and rottage on the vehicle. I received a quote from a collision center stating it will cost around $4500 to have fast life customs work completely removed and then fixed properly replacement rocker panels touch up and paint not a Bondo job. I also had found fast life customs drilled a s**** into the floor of the body near the newly "repaired" area to hold down a piece of plastic trim they claim they could not get back in place. They switch my newer gas cap of its strap and replaced with old used cap. They filled my running board holes with Bondo I can not reinstall. They did not tighten the lug nuts on the rear left tire 4 out of 6 were loose and not tightened. The shop owner stated he is relocating and will take my vehicle to his personal residence to fix the imperfections they left on my vehicle. The shop owner has not disclosed a new shop location and I do not feel comfortable letting the shop owner continue contact with my vehicle afterwards especially at his residence. He has not disclosed insurance information or if my vehicle is covered under his business insurance while at his personal residence. I am also concerned of his business shutting down. I am displeased. I requested a refund.
