    On November 11th, 2022 I signed a contract with Quality Fences Are Us in order for them to complete installation of a fence in the back yard area of my home. When I was signing the contract the owner (*********************) informed me that there was one customer ahead of me but it shouldn't take that long to complete. I never heard from him again and contacted him again on December, 5th and he informed me that they took a break because of Thanksgiving and now there were 3 fences left on his schedule. After never hearing back again on March 20th I contacted him and asked for a refund. He said that he was sorry and was going to complete my fence as soon as possible. I requested something in writing on March 22nd that he was going to complete the work by April 5th or he would give me a refund. He agreed and he never provided me anything in writing and the work is still not done. I contacted his primary supplier of fencing supplies since he was the one to refer me to ***** and he said to call the cops because he also owes him money and has been avoiding him. It is now April 14th a full 5 months since I signed the original contract and would like a refund because I have no faith in him actually completing the work and have zero trust in him.
