    I visited this junkyard yesterday, 7/23/25, around 4:00 pm, and pulled a part that I paid for and tested before leaving. Unfortunately, it didnt work. When I returned to inform them, hoping to either exchange it for a functional part or receive a refund, they stated that they dont offer either option. As a result, I left $43 out of pocket and empty-handed. This is not a proper way to conduct business; they are being dishonest. I want my money back.

    Thank you for reaching out. Were sorry to hear that your recent visit to our U-Pull-It auto salvage yard on July 23, 2025, did not meet your expectations.
    We strive to serve thousands of customers each year and have established clear, written policies to ensure consistency and fairness in our operations. Our no refund, no exchange policy is clearly communicated in multiple ways: it is printed on every receipt, displayed at the entrance and exit, and posted in various locations throughout our facility.
    This policy exists for several important reasons:
    All parts sold at our yard are used and pulled by customers directly from the vehicles.
    We are unable to verify the condition of a part after it has been removed or determine whether it was functional prior to removal.
    Additionally, we cannot confirm whether a part being returned is the one originally purchased or an older replacement.
    All parts are sold as-is, and our pricing reflects significant discounts when compared to full-service salvage yards.
    To help clarify this, weve attached a sample receipt showing our stated policy, along with photographs of the signage displayed on-site.
    Your complaint mentioned that you tested the part before leaving, which raises some questions about why you proceeded with the purchase. Additionally, we did not receive a copy of your receipt with the complaint. For us to look further into this matter, we kindly ask that you provide a copy of the original receipt for review.
