We worked with Adam Mechanical to obtain a quote on replacing an air conditioning system. ****** sales person, ***** ********, was extremely aggressive and predatory. He kept texting me asking for an update and requesting to contact me with an updated reduced price. The aggressive price reduction implied that he was not interested in serving our best interests by giving us a fair price up front. After informing him that we were going to take our business elsewhere, Mr. ******** read a message posted by my wife on a ******** group page asking for references for two other HVAC firms. Mr. ******** then replied back to me in a text message indicating that the two other firms were not high velocity experts, even though I did not disclose to him the names of the other firms that we were obtaining quotes from.

    Business Response

    Date: 04/21/2025

    Dear Mr.***********,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We're very sorry to hear that your experience with us left you feeling uncomfortable or pressured in any way. That is never our intention, and we sincerely apologize if any of our communication came across as aggressive.

Our team, including *****, is trained to be responsive, proactive, and thorough always with the customer's best interest in mind. We understand that HVAC system replacements are a significant investment, and our goal is to ensure that customers are fully informed and confident in their decisions. Sometimes that means following up more than once, but we now recognize that in this case,it may have felt excessive. We apologize for that.

Regarding the mention of other companies in a text message, we want to assure you that ******* comments were not meant to discredit any other business, but rather to highlight our own team's experience with high velocity systems a niche area where specialized knowledge can make a real difference. Still, we understand how this may have felt intrusive, and we regret any discomfort that caused.

At **** ************** we truly care about our customers and strive to approach every interaction with professionalism, honesty, and respect. Your feedback helps us do better, and we appreciate the opportunity to learn from this experience.

We wish you the best with your HVAC project and are here if you ever need us in the future.

    Sincerely,
    The **** ************* Team
