    On August 21st, 2023. I hired IDSG LLC for services in proposal attached. Which is include: City L&I Submission and ***************** Submission paper work for ******************************** at ******************************************************************************. As verbal agreement that *** (who is architect and the only person from IDSG LLC work with me), He would submit ***************** Application after Building Permit pulled out. For multiple-time, He said that he submitted already.On January 18th, 2024. I received email from my client that ***************** just received application. On the application show that ***************** received it on January 18th, 2024.I want to complaint IDSG LLC:- Not telling customer (me) the true of submission date - Delaying my client time frame that causing a lot of damage to my client and my business.- Destroying my business's reputation, my business good will.- I lost contract for next project of ******************* Mi in the future.

    ******************* hired our firm to provide the design plans for his client's project ******************* Mi. We told ******************* that we can help him with the submission to the health department once we have all the approved plans from L&I. ******************* was pressed for time and asked that we submitted the plans to the ***************** without the approval of L&I. At which time I express to ******************* that we have a procedure that need to be followed prior to the health department submission. Our standard procedure is to have all approved plans from L&I before we submit to the health department, at which time ******************* express that all of the work are completed, and he can't wait for L&I to approve the plans. I told ******************* that he should not have started the construction without proper approval plans from L&I. ******************* express that he was pressed for time because he promised his client that he will complete the project at a certain date. I told ******************* that under no circumstances I will put our company in a position of being fined by the city for not following proper procedures. ******************* didn't follow proper procedures and I explained to ******************* that he should never promised the client with a due date without having all the permits in hand. ****************** was upset that we didn't want to bypass L&I and submit the unapproved plans to the health department. I express my concerns with ******************* and his unwillingness to follow our policy.
