    Ill never buy from Cold-Case Aluminum Radiators again. So my radiator in my 96 went out and Ive seen people like Vice Grip Garage use them. However my billing and shipping addresses glitched in the system and sent it back home instead of where Im stationed at ****************. After spending close to $1100 for the radiator and shipping. Sending multiple notes and emails to the company. They expected me to get it back to them which keep in mind Im 1700 miles away from home. So I had to get a friend to help me out and to send it back it would have been $500. I would have put $1600 into a product that I never got to see in person. Fix your **** billing and shipping log. But youve lost a customer. I dont have a radiator in my truck aside from it being 1700 miles away the company refuses to pay the shipping return or send it here. And Im out $1053.35 or a radiator

    We have included a snapshot of the on line order Mr *** placed on our website. Since this is an automated order so there is no interaction between Mr *** and our staff and the order was shipped per the information he supplied. The fact that he was not at this address to receive the product came of light after it shipped and tracking was provided. On April 4, 2025 we issued him a return authorization number R32891 for full reimbursement of the product less shipping cost.  This is a fare resolution given the fact that we acted on the information provided by the customer. To date we have not received the product back.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    less the shipping cost to send it back is crazy. Because it literally cost what the radiator cost to send it back to you. Which is why you havent got it. Why would I eat even more money to get a little back? And I told you guys the minute that order was sent and your representative did absolutely nothing. So thank you for nothing.

    I ordered a lifetime radiator through Cold Case radiators the radiator is leaking and bulging they said that is not covered under warranty now they want me to buy another radiator which is ridiculous for a lifetime warranty

    I A radiator from cold case about a year ago it was defective after install which wasnt cheap as you know it could run between 400 and $600 Not to mention how much the radiator cost itself. I had to order a new radiator paint for shipping and get it installed again four months later it broke. I am on my third cold case radiator within a year setting me back thousands of dollars I do not recommend this company for anybody.
