PA Basement Waterproofing "finished" my job on July 11, 2018. I have a lifetime warranty from them for this job.They got rid of mold, waterproofed crawl space, dug drains, installed french drain outside, sump pump inside and a dehumidifier.I heard a continuous noise and had a professional go down into my crawl space and check it out. He said my sump pump was knocked over and was running continuously. He said it had not been installed correctly.The drain pipes from the sump pump are supposed to be buried into the ground and the sump pump should be buried flush to the ground so any water can drain into it and being taken out to the French drain outside. The drain hoses were 6" above the ground (not dug into the ground to drain the water away) and the sump pump itself was sitting in a swallow dug out and not put flush to the ground as well.I have tried to contact this company at both of the numbers I have for them and they no longer work. Since I have a lifetime warranty with them how do I make them honor it and finish the work they did not do?
