    ***************************** came to my house to repair a lawn mower. This was April 17, 2024 when he looked at my mower and said it needed a belt and that it would cost $130.00 and he would come back in one week to replace the part. A week later he still does not show up and now will not repair mower and will not refund me my money. I have him on my security camera taking the money. He looked really bad when he was at my house and appeared to be on drugs. He is very rude and unprofessional. I plan on making a police report tomorrow and would appreciate any assistance you could provide. I am a retired federal employee and this should be considered a criminal act of theft.

    This guy offers small engine/.machine tuneup. He comes to your house (driven by someone else) and was to service my mower for the new year. I expected an oil change/spark plug/etc. He merely pulled out a cloth and wiped off the spark plug and only used a screwdriver to clean the undercarriage. He asked if I had any other concerns and I said yes the blade might need replaced. He looked and of course said yes it does and also the adapter need changed. He told me I had to pay cash or venmo up front and he would order and be back. I dont have venmo so i paid $210 in cash for his service appt (120) plus $90 for the parts. He was not responding to texts or calls and i found out he changed phone numbers. So I just got his new number online and texted him about coming over to finish the blade and adapter. Its been nothing but a run around ever since and now he has ghosted my texts on a daily basis. This guy is a complete ******* and SHAM and I want to protect others who might have a bigger concern with losing $210. I can afford it but its not right and he should be looked into. So now I guess I have to go purchase the parts myself and have someone else install for me.

    Initial contact 12/11/23. Said hed be there 12/15 am. No show. When I asked said hed be there 1-2 pm. Arrived and insisted we pay him for the service and belt he had to order. Paid $60 for the service, and $120 for the belt and installation via Venmo on 12/15/2023. Told us the belt would be in by 12/19 and hed be out to install no later than 12/20/23. He did not show. I contacted him and he said the wrong belt came that it would be in on 12/22/23. I contacted him on 12/22/23 and he said the belt came in but he couldnt put it on until 1/4/24. I confirmed on 1/2 and 1/4/24 that he would be installing the belt on 1/4. He didnt show up by lunch so I messaged him and he stated we were on the schedule for the afternoon. He never showed. We feel weve given him more than enough time to do the job we paid him to do.

    **********************, the owner of D&Js Problem Solutions, was hired to repair a self propelled Toro lawnmower and a gas leaf blower. Neither was fully repaired and the trouble shooting was grossly negligent resulting in me having to purchase parts that werent ever needed. Additionally, I can not secure an invoice from him for services rendered.
