            Ordered a product and I tried everything to contract the company from order updates to resolving an issue with the product. After extensive research, narrowed down to two "conflicting" information. One being the "sender/company" using "false" address with fake name. (Company out of Pennsylvania which a sender from Texas AND sender's name is suspicious as they used someone else's identity of MANY locations- ie: same name in USA AND overseas) Secondly is the so-called company does not have any "live" person/representative when trying to contact by phone as it may be someone's personal number. (No return of communication in any shape or form including emails) It may be a flat out scam and VERY misleading (website) as it hasn't been resolved due to its product being sold as USED/damaged/defective. (Under Magnuson-Moss.)
