    This is all I have left of proof that this company & the sub companies they represent were sending spamming/ malicious phishing solicitations unjustifiably. 
    Prior to the date of complaint, I was receiving multiple emails daily and deleting each one until I finally had enough to file a complaint. And quite oddly enough, just as these emails weirdly began, they have miraculously but thankfully have ceased since filing the complaint. Additional Note: I most certainly Did Not click unsubscribe either! ??

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I am happy to remove anyone from our company's email list, though our list is quite small, and we do not have a record of the individual who submitted this complaint.
    While we broker offers to mailers and other marketing sources, we strictly adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act and update our suppression files weekly for all offers in our network. If someone is using our companys name without authorization in these emails, I would like to identify the source and ensure it is stopped immediately.


    Could you provide any additional information to help us ensure that no further emails are sent to this individual, and to investigate any potential misuse of our company name?
