Approximately 10 months ago while staying with family, I walked into 99cent **** store at ***************************** looking for cell phone service and the employee/owner named *** advised he could provide service for a Iphone I already owned. I paid him $100 dollars to start the service and was to pay $60/month after. He set up by he service totally and completely-never provided me with the phone service provider name, pin number for the account not the security question or answer future reference in case problems occurred after! I want out of the contract and tried to switch providers but was unsuccessful due to not having any access to my cell phone account information other than my phone number. All transactions/payments are sent directly to his phone via apple pay-no receipts ?? no physical receipts. I am now being called harassed for payment for a service I no longer want but cannot switch because *** has control of my information. Which Im sure is illegal and technically being hed against my will in a contract-I never signed! I advised *** i needed my information in order to switch and he demanded i pay again in order to get my account information.

***** activate service from my store a few months ago . First of couple months she paying phone bill on time then she always send apple pay to me for her phone bill . She is good lady such has good manner so I would trust her .

When she doesn't have money to get service back on and she ask me for favor pay her phone bill then I did help her .sometimes pay me back in 2 days sometimes In 7 days it depends when she get paid from her job.
It last about 6 months I have been help her and she always pay me back .
2 months ago she move to ******** she told me she doesn't have no money bcz of moving.  She didn't have job .
She didn't send me any money at all in a month that is Aug 24 to September 23rd .she owed me $60.
Sept 24th phone service passed due . She text me want to pay the phone bill but she only have $60 get the service back on .She knew owed me $60 and she will have money in couple days to pay me back bcz her husband or boyfriend will send her money on weekend.
I called her after a few days ask the $60 she owed she said she didn't received money from him .and will send her friend come to my store pay with cash but nothing and always have  many excuses .
I called and texted her many times she didn't answer or reply msg to me .
One day I use different phone called her . she answered. She told me she was going to switch to different phone company need the account number and pin . I told her just call 611 from her  phone talk to customer support if need anything account info.  Such like  set up or change account security pin and security question .or  get the account number and transfer pin .
    I didn't receive $60 from her till today .
She has money to buy a new phone and switch service why she doesn't have money to pay me back. That's insane.
I will put her on collection through the court .bcz I knew her full name and current address through this letter.
