- Refund and Exchange Policy
- All returns require prior authorization. Call our office or email for authorization. Returns made without authorization are subject to additional fees. These fees would include restocking, shipping, and possibly other fees. Barrels and chokes tubes have a manufacturer's warranty for one year from date of purchase. If you have a warranty issue, call 717-524-5301 before returning your barrel. Barrels must be returned in the original box with proof house paperwork and original receipt. All barrels need to be packed into another outer box for return shipping to us. Fired barrels are not returnable except under warranty. Most items may be returned for exchange or refund within three weeks of your date of purchase. Special order Manurhin 73 parts are not returnable. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. All receipts and any other paperwork must be returned. Barrels must be returned in the original box with the proof house paperwork. Wadlock barrels must also include the choke tube and wrench. All barrels need to be packed into another outer box for return shipping. Items returned without all packaging and paperwork are subject to a 15% fee. Once we receive the item, please allow two to three days for us to process your return. It might take an additional billing cycle for your issuing bank to list the credit on your credit card statement. Shipping costs are not refunded. Return items using one of the following methods: FedEx, UPS, USPS with a tracking number and insurance.
