    On October ******* **** Spatz accepted payment of $260 for 4 Western Digital 12TB SATA HDD and never sent them to the buyer. He had no intention of doing so. He used the phone number ************ and the business name of aXis ******************************************** by link to the BBB to convince his **** that he was legit. He set the terms of the deal abs then failed to abide by them he told me he would need an additional day to get the drives out of the collocation band packaged and shipped so he would have me a tracking number by that Tuesday by 5pm. It is now Sunday Nov. 10 and he has yet to provide me with a shipping number or a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Mr. ********************** would like to stretch any and every opportunity or leverage he believes he has to separate his behavior from his business to avoid his business suffering the bad decisions he has made on its behalf. Mr. ********************** invoked his business by linking its BBB rating in his conversation as a selling point to lend to his credibility therefore opening his business to liability for his business acumen and business decision to ******* or cheat someone out of their funds. Little does Mr ********************** know that his behavior is not only have civil consequences for his business but criminal as well.
