              Lived in two properties for this company over a 3 year span Company has poor communication. Not attentive to important tenant issues. Usually sent a maintenance guy out quickly, but jobs were minimally done. They will bend over backwards to move you in but when it's time to leave they charge you cleaning fees even after doing a walk through telling you everything looks good. Wouldn't recommend renting from this company.

              Feedback is always appreciated and over the years we have learned to improve our services to our residents. I believe the details within the comment speak to our company's ability to serve our residents/customers at a very high level. 1.) The resident with the negative feedback rented two (2) different homes from us. The first one was a bit smaller and the last one was our largest and nicest single family home. 2.) The resident rented from us for three (3) years when we do yearly leases so we must have been doing something well during those three (3) years.3.) The resident only left our services as they were moving back to NY for a job and referred a friend to move into the home they were renting from us. Friends do not typically refer someone to a bad company.We understand people can leave reviews freely but as a business owner it is important for us to be able to respond along with outlining the details of what truly transpired.
