            Pet cremation service provided by this business, I was referred here by my local veterinary office. No issues with the service itself, but I was double charged as my ‘credit card did not go through the first time’ and was ran twice. When I got my credit card statement I was indeed charged twice for one service. I contacted the business owner who first told me he would go into his credit card system to issue a refund, but then said he was not able to do that. He then texted and said that he would mail a check with the refund amount. One month passed and I never received anything at all, so I reached back out to him to check in. He has never responded to any more of my texts, does not answer the phone, and has completely ignored me, as well as my husbands calls for requests to refund the money. I am very upset because this just is not right. I understand mistakes happen and I was patient, but being ignored is wrong. All I want is my money back from the mistake that they made.
