      Title: ****** Tires Are a Scam Worn Out in 14K Miles, Manufacturer Defect, No Real Warranty Support I bought my ****** tires directly from Smail Mercedes-Benz in **********, **, and this is the third time Ive had the same issue: the tread wore out around ****** miles, even though the tires are supposed to be covered by a 70,000-mile warranty.The dealership told me it was clearly a manufacturing defect and claimed it wouldnt happen again but then they still charged me for new tires, wheel balancing, and installation. How is that a warranty?I maintain my vehicle properly, rotate the tires, and drive responsibly. Theres no excuse for tires to wear down this fast especially three times in a row. Either ****** has serious quality control issues or they just dont stand behind their products.If youre thinking about buying ****** tires, dont waste your money. Youll be replacing them way too soon and paying for it yourself, even with the so-called warranty. Ill never buy ****** again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

      i took my ***** which i leased at smail auto in for an oil change and to buy out the lease i was told there is a lease buyout inspection and cost was ****** which i agreed to. i was contacted at 10;00 oclock it was finished we called 7 different times to find out when to come in and purchase our ***** no one knew anything and were constantly put on hold even the secretary said no one will answer. So i called ***** financial who apologized for smail and also said there is no inspection fee if you are buying your vehicle out and said i could go to another ***** dealer to buy out my lease. this dealership was top of the line once but has fallen in to the bottom when we complained to a person in the showroom he laughed at us terrible place.

      Smail uses sneaky and dishonest tactics. I purchased a new MDX last week from them. They neglected to explain many new changes to me prior to closing-such as omission of ************ on the monitor for 2025 models. Salesman substantially undervalued my trade-in claiming the vehicle was in an accident 6 years ago. ************ states No accidents on vehicle.

      I responded to ad on Autotrader for a used vehicle. My wife and I test drove the vehicle.I understood that there would be processing / registration fees and taxes on top of the advertised price. When presenting the sales agreement the salesperson, under the direction of a manager two levels above him, showed me an invoice from **************** for an additional $1400 for oil change, new tires etc. He added this into the price of the vehicle. Some who I have shared this story with referred to this as a bait and switch practice. I'm certain the practice has a label. The shop work had been done weeks before I test drove the vehicle and should have been included in the advertised price. The inappropriate pricing action to inflate the cost eroded my trust in the Bud Smail organization.We left the facility without an agreement.Beware!!!

      The Autotrader price online and the price in the dealership after ************************ test drive where the same price, the $1400 he's referring to is the money that was spent on the vehicle to get it ready to sale and was always included into the selling price of $27,500 was never added on top of that. Would include attachments if we we're able to show his initial online inquiry showing the price was $27,500 to our time stamped quote on 11/28/2023 @ 2:30pm showing the selling price of $27,500 state sales tax of $1650 fee's for plate registration title etc for $658.30 total out the door with state sales *********** was $29808.30 In no way was ******************** ever miss lead on price or deceived in anyway, we showed him how we arrived at the price for the vehicle the night before we took him on and his wife on a test drive came back from test drive and presented numbers he then asked for us to take an additional $5000 off and we declined we never asked him to pay more than $27,500 as a selling price ever in our interaction with him and we would be happy to provide the documents proving that!

      I was dealing with a salesman at the ***** dealership over the phone for about 2 weeks. When my wife and finally found a car and had time to get to the dealership we thought everything would work out. We then agreed to terms of our lease. When we got home and looked at the paperwork. The miles of the lease were changed. And now the dealership will not call us back to try to solve the issue.
