    We placed an order for two air soft pistols. Neither worked. We contacted support and was able to get one to work, but we are unable to get the second one to work. We email support daily, but can't get a response on how to get a working gun. Twice they have suggested we adjusted a hex screw - that didn't work. Then we were instructed to take apart the gun and solder parts of it - not ***fortable having to buy things to attempt to fix a product that was purchased new and should work. Now they have quit responding.

    My name is Ausitn J******. Unfortunately, we received a complaint in the mail today from the BBB, case number 18564704. I would like to dispute the accusations made against Logsta LLC. We are a fulfillment company that only handles receiving, storage, and shipping of goods for different companies. This com*plaint is directed towards one of those clients that use our services. This complaint in no way reflects Logsta's performance as a company. Any and all complaints about the merchandise are handled directly by our clients. Logsta is not able to contact our client's customers to resolve any issue with their merchandise. The end consumer has purchased all goods from one of our client's online shops.
