    I purchased software from this company with a 30 day money back guarantee. The software did not work. It would not read the .vod files on the DVD. I tried many times. When I requested a refund (within a day of the purchase), I ran into resistance from both the company and the payment processor. They wanted me to provide all kinds of information. Well, I had already uninstalled the software, as well as I had already spent way too much time trying to get it to work. (I WILL get my money back, though I will have to do so through a different process via my bank.)
    As far as I am concerned, the company is a scam company - unwilling to abide by their money back guarantee.
    You have been warned.

    When I had a problem with their software, I reached out to tech support. I explained the problem and they requested I send the videos to them which I did. I sent them one that worked and one that didn’t. They asked me to try this and that which I did without a positive result. When I told them I had done enough to try and fix it and that their software should work they replied by telling me my videos worked fine and that it was just the quality of a home DVD. They then asked if I could explain to them what the problem was. Are you kidding me???? This was the same tech person, Shirley, so she could have read the thread of what was done and what we did!
    This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY. They will not refund your money.

    They refuse to give you your money back with in 30 days!!!If you buy from Digiarty Software you will be setup with a automatic renewal on the product and they will charge you and refuse to give you your money back when you contact them. Their is also a refund button on the software in their portal that when you click and ask for a refund they refuse the refund. I asked for them to remove my account as I dont care for their practices and they refused this also. I wilI now have to ask for my bank to cancel this and issue a new card as they will try to charge me next year. I will also contact the *** as they will not remove my account information from their systems.
