    Had them install a new HVAC system because they said that was the issue I needed a new one. After installing, it has never worked right. It actually doesn't work as well. I have been complaining to them since installation and they have told me different things to try each time and I did what she said and it never worked correctly. She came out several times and one time when the system was brand new she had to replace refrigerant which I now was informed that should not have been. The last thing she said was the problem was the flow of air and that we needed to put an air return in the living room. I was not able to do this right away as I had a heart attack and was out of work and then when I did return to work I was injured shortly after. The ******* never got warm in the house and during the ******* never got cool. The start of AC season I contacted DJ due to it not cooling at all. She did something to it and then came in and told me it wasn't going to work until I get return and in the same conversation contradicted herself and said that the return wouldn't work either. Now less than 2 years of being installed it is not working at all. I called another company to look at it and they told me that it is due to debris in the lines related to poor installation practices and to fix it will be around $2500. Not to mention, I am in a fragile state and can not be without AC or heat. I was told not to run because it will harm the condenser. I bought 2 ac units and now I need to get another and its still hot in the house.
