      in-store experience was good, but the rest has been comically bad. they broke the feet of our our new $2k range on installation (i.e. before we ever used it...) and damaged our kitchen floor. The install team basically jammed the unit full-force until they broke the foot and bent part of the oven frame itself! We immediately requested a replacement (why should we take a brand new oven that is damaged before we ever even use it?) but they required us to file a repair ticket; it has taken several weeks now, multiple parts have been ordered, multiple phone calls, etc, now we have to deal with as 2nd ********** visit. Why we are being made to deal with repairs for weeks immediately after dropping $2k ?? What else: the cooktop was left comically out of level, a tennis-ball sized gap between the backsplash and range, still waiting to see what they will do with floor damage. avoid

      Our client support team is actively coordinating with both the manufacturer and the third-party service provider to secure the correct parts needed to complete the unit and finalize the installation. The client has been assigned a dedicated point of contact to ensure the matter is resolved promptly and efficient.

      Supposed to be high level appliance store but beware their service and accountability for their products is BELOW LOW STANDARDS. Total nightmare for a $2000+ refrigerator purchased and delivered in December. Three months later unit stopped working. ********** 5 techs sent out and still not functioning. Over $200 dollars of food spoiled and as a courtesy they sent out a loaner that did not fit and took up 3 quarters of my kitchen until a replacement could be sent. Offered and insisted I accept a replacement that was not my initial color or any color to match my other appliances. All along the way, non responsive and nasty as if it is the consumers fault. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. First, they said they would get me a reimbursement for my food, now, they will not honor that. Totally unacceptable and no one should do business with such a shady company.

      We are sorry to hear about the ongoing issues with the ** refrigerator, and we truly understand the inconvenience this has caused.
      After evaluation by a third-party ** factory-authorized servicer, the original refrigerator was deemed non-repairable. A replacement unit from ** in the appropriate size and color was requested; however, that specific model is currently on backorder from the manufacturer, with no available inventory in those specifications at this time.
      In an effort to assist during this delay, Gerhards offered a loaner refrigerator to meet the immediate needsespecially considering the medical requirements. Unfortunately, we understand the loaner did not meet the size expectations. As a result, we will be arranging for its return.
      Please note that a full refund for the original unit will be issued promptly.
      We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this process. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

      New $1400 GE fridge delivered grossly [3 in.] out of level. delivery said its my floor and left before i could get my level and prove wrong. Service guy they sent only corrected half.the issue. Still a serious eyesore. Walked out saying ....'good luck' . At least 4 emails w/ pics to Gerhards customer service and sales and messages. No reply. Buyer be very.... Beware.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      My husband purchased a Wolf stovetop at the **************. store. We took it to our ******** home. The female sales **** gave us the wrong item. My husband is obviously not happy of course. Now we have to re-package it, take it back and now he has to make another trip to *** home to install it.

      Went shopping at this business for a new range on Monday and selected one, Paperwork was drawn up and sales person promised me the sale price as long as I contacted them by close of business on wednesday.i returned Wednesday afternoon to pay for item.they did not have the product I was promised **** did they make any effort to rectify the situation and make me a happy customer! Very dissatisfied with this place of business and will tell everyone I know not to shop there for their next appliance purchase!

      Unfortunately, due to the busy Black Friday Period the product on the quote became backordered prior to the sale being processed. Other options would have been available in a timelier manner and similar  price point.

      The sales team was instructed to reach out to the customer with additional options ,the customer can contact the customer service team directly   ********************************************************************

      I bought a dishwasher Gerhard's and was charged twice for installation. I pre-paid $159 for "dishwasher installation service" when I bought the new appliance. Then, when they showed up to install the new dishwasher I was told that I needed to pay the delivery guys an extra $110 (they asked for cash!) to wire up the new dishwasher. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. My old dishwasher was already removed and sitting out on the sidewalk. My choice was to pay the $110 or let the guys leave me with a gaping hole in my kitchen and no dishwasher. Reluctantly I paid the extra $110 knowing that the good folks at Gerhard's would make things right eventually. For more than 5 months Gerhard's gave me the run around... The delivery department blamed sales. Sales blamed delivery. A nice woman in accounting tried to help me out, but to no avail. I eventually gave up and ate the $110. I'll never purchase from Gerhard's again.

      I had to call police. They sent two threatening Hispanic men to deliver appliances.....one wearing a baclava like a terrorist who told me to shut the **** up because I asked them to lower their voices at 7:30 AM. They bounced my refrigerator in anger and did not take the old items THEN Gerhards sent them to my home a SECOND time after they were told not to and they still didn't bring all appliances in. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY ..THE NEW GENERATION OF GERHARDS ARE WOKE CREEPS

      This customer has been verbally abusive and biased towards our delivery crews, office staff and Management We are refusing any further contact with this customer due to their unwarranted threatening behavior.

      Buyer Beware - Avoid Gerhards! We went in for their Labor Day sale and worked with ***, who steered us away from the ******* and Frigidaire fridges we were considering and recommended an ** model instead. We purchased it in full and scheduled delivery for 9/19. I called on 9/16 to confirm everything was on track, and Gerhards assured me it was.However, on 9/18, the day before delivery, we were told the fridge had been discontinued and we wouldnt be receiving it. They promised to update us with alternatives but left us hanging. Despite being without a fridge, we had to call them on 9/21 for an update. They offered us the dented floor model of the same fridge (which they oddly had parts for but not the actual fridge), with only a $40 discounta completely insulting offer given the inconvenience. Apparently this was the offer provided by ***** ******* - very disappointing considering the lack of empathy and will to making it right.After paying in full during the sale and waiting with no fridge, their lack of service is unacceptable. We had also planned to purchase a double oven but are now completely deterred from using Gerhards again. Waiting to be refunded so we can go to an alternative appliance provider.

      We went here because we thought it was a family owned business that would have better customer service than the big box stores. Unfortunately we were very wrong. Possibly the most stressful delivery experience I've ever had and I have managed properties for the past 25 years. We are still awaiting resolution for multiple damaged appliances after the stress of getting them delivered in time.
