    Boots looked good but 10.5 was like size 11 and have been unable to wear them due to being to big

    GOT MY SHOES IN 7 DAYS, fit great, this is my second pair, my first pair are 7 years old and still in good shape, except the soles are slice.

    Few days in, and no shipment yet....ok...i called..Immediate VOICE MAIL..So i e-mailed 5 hours ago....still no reply...NOW i look up reviews and find that my suspicion is right: they have a history that makes me nervous, and fills me with regret.Dont do it, overlook....just DONT DO IT...

    Ordered boots on January 7th, 2024, with a 7-10 business day delivery. I have received 5 emails that it is being processed. Today marks the 6th business day and the boots still have not been shipped. I have not received a response to any of my emails asking about shipping. I have read so many reviews about boots not being sent and refunds not happening.

    Worst service I have ever received 3-5 day shipping and had to pay extra took my money on the 12/8 and won’t receive them till 12/20 and customer service is none existent no response to emails, phone calls or text

    If I could give a 0 for customer service, I would. I ordered boots for my son who is an electrician and they didn't fit. I contacted them and they sent a return label and I shipped the boots back the next day. I got a notice the new boots were going to be shipped in 7-10 days, they're not. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and received a copy of the response they received from Overlook Boots employee named Ron. He told the Better Business Bureau they are waiting for the boots to be shipped to them. Really!!?? I spoke to one of their employees and she told me my order had been put on hold because of Black Friday and they might ship them out next week. I have already paid for the boots. Almost $300.00! Either give me my money back or send the exchange you agreed to.

    Do not order boots from overlook boots! My 10 days for shipping is up I do not have a tracking number and it keep giving me excuses why my order hasn't been shipped do not order from this company! After reading reviews they have a history of not shipping out orders.

    The order came through our system on 11/17/23 after hours. We offer free shipping in 7-10 business days. Today marks the 5th business day of your purchase. Your order is coming directly from the manufacturer. The warehouses were closed for Thanksgiving through Sunday after.
