      The Service was performed on 8/31/22 by Admiral Tree Service LLC for Tree Removal for $2,300.00. The large machines used on my property destroyed an extensive amount of lawn on my property. When I asked him if the company was going to repair the damage, he said no the are not responsible to damage to the property, I said I would have to notify the BBB, Mr. Justin R**** the owner of Admiral Tree Service threatened response was, " I will put your name on the contractor don't list" The estimate to repair my yard will exceed the $2,300.00 cost of the job. The most concerning thing to me is the unprofessional, aggressive, threatening manner he spoke to me.

      In response to **** ********* statement of the problem, Admiral Tree Service LLC provided services to remove a 50 year old plus large maple tree in her rear yard.  All of the services rendered were outlined in the proposal and completed. With the acceptance of our proposal **** ******* agreed to our terms and conditions. Equipment is necessary to safely remove a tree of this size. Yard repair is the responsibility of the customer and clearly noted under our terms and conditions. As for **** ********* conversation with Admiral Tree, education is available to the consumer on how to effectively communicate with others. Just as the airlines have a no fly for unruly  passengers, contractor’s have a do not work for list.  It’s at the discretion of the companies to place unreasonable consumers to these lists.
