      Service was annual A/C checkup. Technician *** arrived on time and explained what he would be doing. Spent over an hour checking internal components and the outside unit. Provided hard copy explanations and photos of items inspected. I had question about fan speed. *** removed panel and explained the controls on the motherboard that adjust fan speed. Appreciate the extra time he took to do that. Good service.

      My mom had an emergency flooding situation which was caused by a bathroom plumbing leak. McVay Plumbing came to assess leak the same day I called, made the damage assessment for the insurance company and made the repair on the spot outside of normal business hours at a very reasonable costs. Id definitely hire this company again.

      We had a pretty big sewer line back up around 3pm, by 7pm we had a clear sewer line! The dispatcher and technician were great to work with. The technician Randy arrived around 6pm and about a hour later we were back to normal. Randy was very transparent with the work that was done and also gave great preventative maintenance tips! I will definitely use McVay again if a plumbing issue comes up.

      service man ***** was able to come out a day earlier than scheduled and was able to diagnose and repair the failed capacitor in no time. he was courteous and answered all my silly questions. A+ rating all around
