    On 11/23/21 i had an insp. appt & asked if they'd install handlebars i already purchased & lighted mirrors on ***** they said yes, so i ordered them. 1st set of mirrors were scratched so i called BHD & let them know i sent those back. 2nd set arrived & i rushed them to BHD. They called & said LEFT lighted mirror doesn't work so i ordered a 3rd pair, when i dropped off mirrors for the 2nd time they tested them in front of me & they worked. 12/15/21 went to pick up my bike & noticed wires zip tied to my new cables instead of inside the bars. When i pointed it out a service tech said thats because my bars are "junk". He also printed on my receipt "mirrors being defective multiple times" (it was only once) i asked to speak with a manager & he said the manager is on vacation. So i paid him & rode home then noticed my front brake leaking. I called a couple days later & spoke with service manager, he said they'll pick up my bike, fix the leaking brake & rewire mirrors inside bars. I believe it was 1/24/22 when they delivered my bike. I called soon after & spoke with GM, told him my check engine light is on, my LEFT lighted mirror doesn't work, my clutch cable appeared to have a bubble in it (later i realized that they cut cable while removing zip ties that shouldn't have been there to begin with & also noticed they forgot to reinstall clutch pin retainer clip & they also scratched top clamp around speedometer.) Also i later cut the LEFT wire, tested light & it works fine, its a wiring issue. i'll try & sum it up. After all the mistakes they've made & the way i was treated I don't trust them to work on my bike. I suggested to the GM if i take my bike to another HD dealer to make it right would BHD reimburse me, he said he's not paying someone else to fix it. Well i shouldn't have to pay twice to have 1 job done. I gave BHD a 2nd chance & they made it worse. I feel i should be reimbursed for clutch cable, top clamp, labor for install & labor to wire lights correctly.

    On 6/5/22 I ordered a new Triglide and was told that it would be delivered in 6 weeks. The week of 7/18/22 I called Battlefield to find out the status and was told that my bike was scheduled for delivery the week of 8/12/22. So I called again on 8/4/22 and was told that my bike was still scheduled to arrive the week of 8/12/22. So on 8/12/22 I received a picture of a Red Triglide like I had ordered was delivered to Battlefield HD. So I called Battlefield HD and spoke to the sales manager and he informed me that was not the bike I ordered! The sales manager then got very ignorant and said what would you like for him to do? He said that he could get his 3 year old son out and have him bring his tricycle and build me my trike!!! At that point I have had enough. So I went online and found my new Triglide at another dealer ship.

    This particular customer did indeed order a new 2022 Tri-glide from us earlier in the year, and we were staying in contact with him on when we were scheduled to receive his bike. Unfortunately Harley Davidson has had supply chain issues that has hit new bikes extremely hard this year which makes it very difficult to predict when we might actually see a particular delivery. This customer is one of many that was waiting for his bike and when he last spoke to his salesman he was given some information that was not factual and the unit that did indeed show up was not this customers but one who had ordered his (same color) 6 weeks earlier than this customer did. So when it came in a picture was posted of it and this customer thought we had sold it out from under him when that was not the case at all. Battlefield Motorcycles is dedicated to giving exemplary customer service and when we fall short we always try to make it right with the customer. The General Manager spoke with this customer and apologized for the mistake in communications.
