On April 11th 2022 I placed an order from their company website for a pair of boots. A payment of $349 was made at that time. On Feb 25, 2023 I submitted a form to change the size of the boot. In July ****************************************************** September of that year he sent me a message (from an inquiry) that he anticipated they would be finished in a few weeks. Heard nothing for several months when he responded to an inquiry on March 2024 that he needed new dies to complete the embossing. In June 2024 I was informed all that remained of the order was the embossing. Responded to another request in January 2025 the boots were being worked on, but in March 2025 responded that he got 'sidetracked'. Responded to another request in early July 2025 that he was 'working on them right now'. In late July he responded that he will give me an update later in the day (he didn't), and since then has not responded to texts or emails.I'd really like him to get the order completed and sent to me, its been three and a half years. Supposedly the boots were completed a year and a half ago and only some gold embossing needs to be done.Thank you for any assistance you can provide!
