      This business is operating with an address for the UPS store in Parkesburg, PA and from a mobile home address in Gap, PA. He seems to use Angie's List for leads as that is where he would have gotten my phone #; don't use Angie's List when doing research. When I asked him where he was based he said he had offices in Conshohocken, Pottstown and Exton. Later when he was out to look at the job, he said he was thinking about Exton. He came out, said he would measure the area to be paved but seemed to disappear. When he came back with the estimate I questioned whether he had measured and he said he had done it with the wheel. Yeah, right.
      Mark Lazrovitch is a liar who low ball quotes, and apparently takes people's money upfront and never completes the work, in short, a criminal.
      Also George L********* operating under All American Paving, repeated convictions for scamming on landscaping jobs, multiple DUIs.
      Positive reviews online are not to be believed.
