TRUMARK FINANCIAL Credit Union have been inaccurately reporting information to all of the credit bureaus about me and it has affected my credit score. They've attached me to an auto that I didn't agree to be a part of, and they've been falsely reporting late payments at times that were not accurate. they've been extremely unprofessional over the last year. I even tried to contact them at times and could not reach anyone or get a call back. I would like a thorough investigation on them on how they've reported me to the credit bureaus, and I would also like everything from TRUMARK FINANCIAL Credit Union off of my credit report as soon as possible due to their inaccuracies.Business Response

My checking account with ******************************************************************** has been charged off for almost $400 worth of overdraft fees. The initial charge coming thru to my account was $30 from a gambling site. TruMark did not pay this charge but instead charged me an $28 overdraft fee every time the attempt happen. My checking account was charged off and now my savings is a -468.30. They just transferred it to my savings. No contact made to me no letters sent telling me my account was being charged off. This has also been reported to the credit bureau. How is this legal.Business Response

This Bank applies overdraft fees sneakily for no reason and when I request they fix them they tell me they cant their only allowed 2 returns a year despite their errors . I have paid over probably $5000 dollars alone in over draft fees in the past 2 or 3 years with TruMark financial its works then ***Business Response

On August 25th, I sent a $15 Zelle payment to ******* ***** via my bank, Trumark. The first attempt failed, as seen in the photo showing Zelle activity. So I went through the process of sending it again. The 2nd attempt was successful. However, my bank statement shows two deductions for $15 on August 25th. The receiving party ******* ***** confirmed that she only received one payment of $15 and sent me a picture of her bank statement which is also attached. I called to speak to Trumark about this and they informed me they would have their Zelle representative call me within a few days. It has now been a few weeks. I would like to be refunded the $15.Business Response

My 2021 ****** Sienna was towed at the direction of Trumark Financial. My payments were up to date. However due to a clerical error Trumark had my van towed. My credit rating is over 800. This resulted in over $2000 of damage to my driveway and having to take off work. I only used Trumark at the advice of Doylestown ******. I usually use Bank of America. I will never use Trumark Financial again.Business Response
