Related to Donor Perfect, it’s proving to not be the tool for **** long-term. It’s just too hard to work with DP as a tool. Alternatively, customer service is outstanding and all the people we interact with are extremely helpful. But not being able to login is a big problem because it becomes time consuming and can take days. Some of the issues experienced have been using the “forgot password” button, except the automatic email never arrives. Then you have to call customer service, and, on most occasions, they are able to reset the password for you. There was one instance where we called and Howard mistakenly went into the Test Database as he wasn’t able to find me as a user on the **** account. As a result of my call with the Client Relations rep, *** *********, she resolved by requesting the product team to delete the test database. As well, ***** (****’s Assistant) has on a few occasions tried to get me logged in again. Our session where she selected to reset my password by using the User Management feature in DP; the emails to reset never arrived. Yes, we tried multiple times. But after discussing with ***, we were in the correct place to reset me upon next login. After following the instructions from ***, I never had an opportunity to log in again because the login screen doesn’t have a new registration feature. It brings you right back to the UserId and Password screen. Even after following all the steps to assume entering my UserId, I’d be prompted to create a new password; I was not prompted to do so. As of today, I have not been able to log into DP. Additionally, it’s not intuitive or straightforward to extract or see a full list of the donors we have within DP. ***** and I executed a number of searches using the ***** spreadsheet to confirm who was uploaded or not. We weren’t able to see a full list of donors, instead only could search on name or an attribute on the DP template file (spreadsheet). Our request is a pro-rated refund for 8 mos.
