1 starThese Popole came in about a week after I paid the children's hospital **** and children's hospital very called them to let them but! BUT here's the thing I mailed back the bill with the copy of the check that was sent to children's showing that they took the check and they should be calling them to fine out about this. Now about 1 month later I get a bill again and NOW I"M MAD WFT. This is now harassment. I called them and they acted like they got nothing and I know they received it. Look a******* I'm a collections person as well and I know harassment when I see now that I spoke to them and gave all the info I hang up on them if I get another Bill again I will be seeing my lawyer on this matter!!!!!Transworld Systems, Inc

1 starTransworld Systems is a scam debt collector relying on your lack of knowledge of the law. Demand your signature as proof you applied for the alleged debt, demand the debt is calculated properly, demand a method to contest the debt and demand that the company proves they own the debt and have the legal right to negotiate or settle the debt. Most, well, almost all of these companies don't have and can'r provide the data and can then be forced to remove the related negative data from Experiam Transunion and ******* but you'll have to do a little research on your own to create the agreement properly.Transworld Systems, Inc

1 starI have been in great distress about my credit report due to your companys unfair use of credit reporting methods. I never had any business relations with your company "TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS ***"nor gave any written consent to your reporting. I requested copies of my contract and validation of debt with this collection agency as other parties contacted me regarding said debt for the same amount of $467, yet got no response. They can not verify my signature or my authorization for any services provided. TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS *** not only violates my right to privacy but multiple federal laws. You must have purchased this alleged debt account from another company, and expects to collect payment illegally without proper debt validation. You are in violation of the collection of extension of credit/debt. As per *** guidelines reporting this account on my consumer credit report is a collection activity. Therefore, you are in violation under 18 U.S. Code 894 - Collection of extensions of credit Under (a)Whoever knowingly participates in any way, or conspires to do so, in the use of any extortionate means (1)to collect or attempt to collect any extension of credit, or (2)to punish any person for the non-repayment thereof, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. 1 starFor nearly three weeks, I was on the phone with this company daily, sometimes for hours attempting to resolve a false debt reporting issue. Despite submitting ample documentation (from myself, the original creditor, and even the credit bureaus) clearly proving the debt was paid in full, this company has continued to report a balance. Most troubling is the addition of an arbitrary $2.00 charge that no one can explain. This appears to be a deliberate and malicious tactic to continue derogatory reporting.The original creditor has confirmed to me directly that this matter was never supposed to go to collections. The credit bureaus, after I filed disputes, acknowledged the debt was fully paid. Yet this agency added an unexplained $2 fee and is now claiming I still owe itwithout any documentation or justification.This obstruction has actively damaged my credit during a crucial time: I was in the process of securing a home loan, and now that loan is on hold or likely lost. This has caused extreme emotional severe distress.I have recorded every callafter informing each representative the call was being recorded for legal purposes. I believe the company is knowingly violating my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and possibly the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) by misrepresenting the status of the debt, failing to properly validate it, and continuing to report inaccurate information.I urge others to do their homework. Review this companys record on the Better Business Bureau and public forums, and always document everything. 1 starTransworld Systems tried to collect money from me that ******** had not authorized them to collect. Even the amount was incorrect. They be must violated Federal laws regarding debt collection agencies. They sent me a letter 2 months after the T-Mobile acct# ******5900 was opened when T-Mobile said they only authorize turning it over to a collection agency after 3 months. This is one of the worst collection agencies I've dealt with hence the 1 star review. If I could give zero stars I would.Transworld Systems, Inc

1 starA representative of TSI called me and provided only her name and, after I asked, the name of the company but would only say, when asked about the nature of her call, that TSI represents "the interests of their clients". I asked what was the nature of the interests about which she was calling and she said she would note my response and hung up on me. I found an email that I had received previously from TSI and saw which "client" they were "representing the interests" of and called them. I found out there that my balance owed is less than what TSI is trying to collect.Transworld Systems, Inc

1 starThis company assigns something known as "zombie debt" to consumers, basically they go out and purchase old accounts that have not been settled at a fraction of the cost, then assign to consumers in the market. This is how they scam their way into staying in business and use their trickery to avoid any legal action. Something like this happened to me. One day in Spring of 2023, I got a call from "Transworld Systems" saying I owed a $1000 debt to ******* for some delinquent plan. Immediately I knew it was a scam as I use T-Mobile, so I did more research on them and filed a dispute. After some time, I check my credit and it had a collection of that amount on there from Transworld Systems ***** which has still not been settled to this day. I have tried everything from multiple disputes of the account, checking with the debtor themselves, and even filing a police report on the matter. However, nothing has worked and the collection still remains to this day affecting my credit. Beware of these and similar scammers using these tactics to target you. Consistently check your credit file in the 3 credit agencies and if you see something suspect, dispute and report immediately. I've been fighting this battle for two years now because I will not pay something that I do not owe.Transworld Systems, Inc

1 starThis company had an account from ********** in ************* that belonged to my elderly (77 yrs old) mother who was on oxygen and was charged for a 900 square foot apartment no less then $500 a month. She was on a fixed budget. She called and made payment arrangements with this collection agency and came to an agreement to settle for a certain amount. This company took $700 and when the final payment was about to be made they sent back the money and reported her account to the *************'s sending her score down 80 points.Transworld Systems, Inc
