    Are air condition service has not worked correctly this whole summer of 2024. I was informed to purchase additional parts which the business did install. After the installation the services worked for a few hours and then went back to not working. I have two out of three zones working throughout the house. Multiple rooms are not being fed with any air flow. I had no issues with the prior equipment. I've only had this equipment for 1 year and have complained with multiple issues. The top issue being airflow. If this is no longer able to be resolved I either request credit for the amount of my prior unit, a new unit to be installed (cost paid to another company to perform insulation), and I wish for a refund for the equipment I was told to purchase to fix my issue, but it did not correct the issue. I have called multiple times and have been told the same exact story.... We will send this to our manager and we will schedule someone to come out and correct the issue along with the manager / owner. I go for weeks without hearing a response unless I become a nuisance. I have children and pets that reside here as well. This is out of hand that should have been corrected immediately. The company just gives the impression of thank you for your money we'll get to you when we feel like it. This is not a correct way of doing business as I have been a good customer and have paid them in full, prior to installation via my ********** charge card. ********** also is failing to assist with this matter, since they subcontract the job out ( **************).
