    On March 6 th 2025 Greg Eckenrode cut down a large tree in front yard. Paid him by check. He charged us $350.00. We told him we would clean up the tree and keep the wood. He was suppose to come back to grid the tree stumps.the following week. But, He decided to return that afternoon to grind the stumps, my husband and I had to remove all the tree debris so he could grind the *****. We paid him ****** do to the tree stumps. His worker and another guy was there for close to 4 hours, he told my husband it would take at least 8 hours to finish the job. My husband took his workers that the ***** was not finished, he said if was. My husband called him a few weeks later to tell him he was not satisfied because the ***** was still in our yard. We wanted to plant grass and 2 new trees. He said he would be here in a week or 2. Five months later it is still not finished. He would not answer our calls for a few months and the last we called him was about 3 weeks ago, again he said he would be there by the end of the week. We learned that he has several other customer waiting for the same thing. We paid him the day he was there. But he won't finished the job so we can finish our work. He needs to finish removing the *****. He told us it would take 8 hours of grinding and it didn't , they left that job after 4 hours at best. We feel we were taken advantage of. One worker told my husband that they had to go to another job .
