I ordered a headstone through Honor Memorials September 29, 2019 when my mom passed away I've been sending them money to my checking account and I’ve just I’ve been trying to call them and no answer I find the website apparently the website is not up anymore I just need my money back my name is ***************************** my phone number is ************Initial Complaint

On January 17,2019 I paid Honor Memorials $1,886. by credit card for a new engraving on an existing headstone at ******** Cemetery for my aunt *******************************. I have the invoice and customer memo and a record of the credit card transaction. I have called repeatedly over the last few years and left many messages. I spoke to the owner, Karyn S*************, and the sales person, Jackie F*********, many times and was given excuse after excuse as to why the engraving had not been completed. My aunt's headstone was left unmarked for over a year and a half. I finally contacted another company and payed another fee, but at least they were able to complete the engraving in less than two months and were extremely professional. I tried many times to contact Honor Memorials in order to request a refund but was unsuccessful. I had a family member stop by the Folsom office but she was told that they would leave a message for the owner; the office was practically deserted. This is their info: Honor Memorials **************************** Folsom PA ************, ext *** and ************************************************ Newtown Square PA ********* It looks like the business is permanently closed and their website is down. I'm still haunted by their behavior and their taking advantage of people who are grieving. Ordered headstones from HONOR MEMORIALS and paid in full. $6275. Said it would take up to six months. No headstones. He said problem in shipment and headstones cracked another six months. Called and they said now that Covid is here its gonna take longer. Its been over two years and now I cannot get a hold of HONOR MEMORIALS by phone or addressInitial Complaint

I am the executrix of my cousin's estate who passed away in April. His sister passed the year before at which time he purchased a headstone from Honor Memorial for which he paid $1550. plus cemetery fees of $336.I attempted to contact Honor numerous times to have his name added to the stone before delivery but to no avail. I left several messages but no one returned my calls. Now the number is disconnected.Initial Complaint

My mother, *****************************, ordered a headstone for my dad in early 2020 from Honor Memorials. She paid for half of it. 18 months later, no headstone. My mother had been told the stone was done and was sitting in a warehouse. She was told this months ago. The cemetery (********* in Havertown, PA) is receiving similar calls from customers who are not getting a response. Honor Memorials won't return calls; and now the phone just goes to a busy signal. We would like the headstone delivered and installed at the cemetery. Can you assist us in trying to get this resolved? If the stone is really not done, which is probably the case, my mother would like a refund. We appreciate any help you can give us. Please let me know if you need my mother's receipt. I am in VA; she is in PA, but I am trying to help her remedy this.
