Kathleen F. Ringler is President of Mutual Abstract Company of Feasterville, Pennsylvania and Mutual Title Agency in Wildwood, New Jersey.  Kathleen started in the title insurance business in 1975 working with a small firm in North Philadelphia.  Since then she’s obtained a New Jersey and Pennsylvania Real Estate License, along with Title Licenses and Designations in both States and has worked in several real estate capacities throughout the Delaware Valley including as a Real Estate Legal Assistant for a major law firm in Philadelphia.   She started her own Agency in 1992 and currently employees over 7 title professionals.    Kathleen is also the President and/or Managing Partner of six other title insurance agencies in the Philadelphia Area working with Lenders, Builders and Realtors in the Delaware Valley.   She is a member of the Board of Realtors and HomeBuilders Associations in various counties as well as a member of the New Jersey Land Title Association and the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. 
Mutual Abstract Company has searched, produced title reports and completed closings  insuring more than 50,000 properties in the last 28 years.
