    I have reached out to TGI Friday's customer complaint and no one has contacted me back about my experience at their location at 12398 Olive Blvd, Creve Coeur, MO 63141. This experience took place on April 27, 2021. I placed an online order for curbside pickup. I arrived nearly an hour later due to the fact it was lunchtime but when I arrived the restaurant wasn't crowded or busy. I called the curbside pick-up number 3 times and no one answered. I saw the person who was bringing out the food curbside and he had a nasty attitude. This man has never had an attitude with me. So he goes and gets my food and the breadsticks are usually in the container with the pasta dishes but not this time. Someone stuffed 2 breadsticks into a small container and the breadsticks were burnt and broken in half at that point I was extremely upset. I get out of my car and go inside and asked the curbside pick-up worker for a manager. He was gone for about 5 minutes and there was no manager. He hands me some more burnt breadsticks and gave me an extra one. So I left and I called to speak to a manager and they never came to the phone. I reached out to TGI Friday's customer care/complaint number and I was told on several occasions someone would contact me and no one did. Whoever the manager at this location is they were doing their best to avoid me. The restaurant wasn't busy so why haven't I received any call back and I have before received a call back and an email a couple of years ago from a manager at that location and since I've visited that location and before I did they have a lot of negative reviews about the location at 12398 Olive Blvd, Creve Coeur, MO 63141. It's all on Google reviews bad food bad service. I want to see if the company responds to this and what lies they are going to tell to make themselves sound justified for being a horrible restaurant establishment.
