CCR Management is a Home ******************* company. They are incapable of the basics of managing communities, and are riddled with complaints across many platforms. I moved out of my home in that community over 2 year ago. Despite multiple emails to them, they continue to send threatening emails about late notice for a property I no longer own. A simple email should suffice, but the vast incompetence of the firm and people who work there is beyond anything you can imagine. If you are considering buying a home, investigate the *** firm they use. If it is CCR, stay far away.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/24/2025

    Good afternoon,

In response to Mr. ********** complaint, all units/houses sold within a community association in the **************************** requires, by law, specifically Title 68. SS 5407 that a resale disclosure must be obtained by the seller. The information that is required of the seller is attached. This is not a management company's option, it's the law. We (CCR) cannot legally update and change owners without this disclosure.  Attached please find the SS5407. Every owner is required to order and purchase a Resale Disclosure prior to settlement and the title cannot be transferred without this documentation.

We have ***** emails back and forth between the ********** and internal emails regarding this.  The ********** are not required to contribute to the Capital Improvement Fee because the sale happened within a family unit. But they are still required to obtain a 5407resale disclosure.

Thank you. **** ******, CMCA, AMS, PCAM. Principal, CCR Management, Inc.
