    I purchased a 3-month supply of Renadyl on May 22, 2025 for $166.95 Their website say that if I am not satisfied after using this product for 90 days that I can send the empty bottles back for a full refund. See *************************************** My blood tests came back worse after using this product for 90 days, so I am not ************ return the empty bottles I need complete the Refund Claim form and get a Return Authorization Number.I have called them several times as well as sending an email and each time I am told that someone will get back to me to provide me with a Refund Claim Form and a Return Authorization Number. I never get a call back. I believe they are stonewalling in hopes I will give up I want a refund of $166.95

    I have been ordering Renadyl probiotic supplements through Kibow for a while now. The most recent order I made was on February 2, 2024 (order KB89997). It wasn't processed until February 5. Usually it takes 7-10 days to arrive. I received a **** tracking number (******************************). After 5 days, no updates on shipping were made and the **** tracking number showed it was still "Acceptance Pending" in ************, **. I called **** several times and they said they never received a package. I even had them escalate the situation since this is a health medication. I've sent a follow up email through Kibow's website, followed up twice via their email address ****************************** and even called *************) several times. Each time I call, there is an automated message saying that there is a shortage of staff and that orders made will be shipped "the next week." Kibow's own tracking page shows that the package is in ************, ** (where I am located), but the **** tracking has not shown any progress.This is life saving supplement for me as a chronic kidney patient and the supplements have to be refrigerated. It has been over 2 weeks now and I have received no communications from Kibow at all. It feels like perhaps the company has completely closed down. I would like a refund since I never received my order. I would also like some information on what is going on since this supplement has become an important routine in my chronic kidney care. The worst part is that there was an email today (2/19) that asked me to give a rating about my order.

    Hello, 

    Kibow attempted to return my message on 2/26 (several weeks later) and said they would send a shipment as soon as possible. I responded asking if they can expedite since I was traveling soon. I received no more communications nor any package since.
