      I rented a motor coach from Myer's for the weekend. We left on a Friday morning, which I checked the restrooms prior to us leaving the parking lot. I inquired to the driver that there is a slight odor and asked if he had dumped the restroom. which he stated he didn't know how... ( it wasn't bad at that time) and it was working. by Sunday afternoon, the bathroom was no longer working.. no water in the restroom so you could not flush the toilet, which in turn smelled horrible. Again, I informed the bus driver, he said restrooms will not be used on the ride home, he would make stops to accommodate. Once home, I called myers to let them know what had happened. Well the dispatcher tells me that the driver told them we smeared feces and urine on the walls in the bathroom and that there was nothing she could do. I explained to her that everyone on this bus was over 50 years old... no one smears feces on the walls, she claimed she had pictures, i have asked several times to see the pictures which I have not recieved yet. I think it's only fair that we are refunded at least some of the monies due to the inconvenience we all had to endure riding that bus with the horrific smell. Several passengers got sick also

      *** did reserve and rent a motorcoach bus from Myers on May
      16, 2022 for a group called the ***** ****.
      We were to pick up the group at the ***** ***** on
      ********** **** in **** ***** and take them to ********** for the ******* ****.

      When the bus left the terminal, it was fully inspected by
      the cleaning manager and our motorcoach driver. Everything was clean and in
      working condition.  The bathroom has two
      tanks and both tanks were empty and cleaned prior to leaving the terminal.  The drivers know how to empty and clean the
      bathroom tanks.  We take these
      motorcoaches across the country.

      Here is the attached itinerary I received from ***:

      Friday, we picked up at 10am and went to the ******* *** which was a five hour drive.  My driver
      makes multiple comfort stops for the passenger and himself to get out and use
      the restrooms.  My driver is a
      professional driver and knows how to dump the bathroom tanks and clean them. He
      dumped the restroom tank on Friday when he arrived at the hotel from the first
      tank to the second tank.

      Saturday, the bus was used very minimal according to this
      itinerary. On Saturday the bathroom was not used so there was no dumping and or
      cleaning required.

      Sunday, my driver left the ******* *** at 8am for the **** ***** ******* to watch the ******** play the *******.
      My driver called to report that they were drinking alcohol
      on the bus, smoking and in fact he had two passengers that had seizures on the
      bus in which the passengers had to be transported and cared for by medical
      staff.

      *** had never asked if there was alcohol permitted to be on the
      bus.  We do have a policy in place for
      alcohol which requires a deposit pending inspection of the bus at the return of
      the trip.

      *** was to secure parking for the motorcoach at the stadium
      which she stated on 9/7 that she was working on it.  She asked for the license plate number which
      was to be used for parking, however she did not secure parking. My driver had
      to do additional driving to secure a parking space.

      The problem arouse on Sunday which was game time, when the
      passengers used the motorcoach as a tailgate facility.
      The bus returned to the terminal in extremely poor
      condition.  I had to take the bus out of
      service for several days to be deep cleaned by the cleaning staff.

      The floor of the bus had to be cleaned three times in the
      seating area from spilled alcohol.  It
      was on the floor, foot rest and the side boards. The entire bus had to be
      cleaned twice due to the smell of alcohol on the bus.  The bathroom was horrific.  The worst one cleaner has seen in three
      years.  It was urine that was everywhere.
      Urine all over the toilet, seat, the walls and the floor.

      I do in fact have photos.  One example was a used feminine hygiene product on the sink counter
      instead of in the trash can located in the bathroom.

      If *** communicated that they would be using this bus to
      tailgate at a Professional football game we would have never let it be
      reserved.

      We are a professional and well know company.  We transport to events.

      If *** would have communicated or asked for alcohol to be on
      the bus, we would have required the deposit in which she would not be refunded
      due to the condition it returned to the terminal.

      The poor condition of the bus was that of the passenger’s
      involvement, it had nothing to do with our bus, the driver, or the equipment.

      Therefore, there will be no refunds given.
