    Are semi broke down and he towed our truck. We called to resolve the charges and he keeps doubting the charges and won't give me an invoice so we can pay him. He keeps saying he will file a abandoned vehicle. We had a financial company contact him to pay to have it released. He will not provide a invoice to them either.

    This vehicle was towed because it was disabled and on a bridge.  The owner said he was getting money together for the bill and would be over to pay. He never showed up. They called repeatedly and then would not show up. An invoice was texted to ************ ( a number they provided) on January 23, 2024 at their request.  The number belonged to the name of the owners. We will not list the names due to privacy. 

    Then, a financial company called and said they needed the invoice. They stated they were doing a loan with the owners and wanted the charges through February 2024 so they could determine how much of the loan would be going towards the tow bill.  Nothing was paid again.

    Owner called March 11, 2024.  They said they are trying to get the vehicle but did not show up.  The invoice had all charges listed, with the storage listed by the day.   They would have to figure out what day they were coming to total storage.  We would gladly give them the total if they told us what day there were coming.  Keep in mind, for almost three months, they said they were coming and no one showed up. 

    My client continually told them what the charges were and storage fees would be added as of the date of the payment/pick-up. 

    To date, no one has picked up this vehicle or made any attempt to pay the charges.
