    Arrived at the location in July 4, 2025 at about 4:40AM to be told upon entry, to make a right and go all the way down, leaving our lights on so the shuttle driver could see us.After we entered the lot, a few others cars entered and parked in the near vicinity. However, these families exited their vehicles and walked to the front gate.A shuttle entered the lot, and picked up customers who walked to the front gate and then immediately exited the lot.Called the office advising them that customers (some elderly) were back here waiting before those families came on the lot, so why do they get picked up first and the shuttle never came to the back.Was told they would have the shuttle turn around and come back, which was a lie. The next shuttle that came on the lot, was empty.If we pay for shuttle service to/from our vehicle, why when we follow instructions do we get overlooked and passed up?

    Park & Jet airport parking offered ******* on web . But they cheating on quote price for the same amount of days with ******* and without . Park & Jet raised quote price +$42.88 when you show you have *******. IT"S NOT ACCEPTABLE. They must STOP practice cheating people. When i spoke to manager to clarify price discrepancies he has not explanations and after some shady talk just dropped my phone call.
