My name is ***********************. My mother, ** *********************************, signed lease #******* 0n 1/22/2024 under contractor ******* LLC #C214395 (***********************). She paid *********************** $7,000. He committed to install a new oil burner that would heat the entire home. He installed the oil burner on 1/26/2024. Heat only worked on the 1st floor. The house has 3 floors. **** returned on 1/28/2024 and was able to get heat to the 2nd floor, but not the 3rd floor. He came another day in February to try to get the 3rd floor heated, however, he could not get it heated. **** told my mother that he needed a part for the oil burner. He was supposed to come back on 2/28/2024, however, he was a "No Show". I called *********************** on 3/5/2024, 17 times in a row at the number that he gave my mother, ************. No answer. The 18th time that I called, I left a voicemail message explaining that he did not show on 2/28/2024 and expressed that I did not appreciate him not returning my elderly mother's phone calls nor my phone calls. I advised him that if I did not hear from him within 24 hours, that I was going to taking legal action and I was going to contact NBC10 Responds. **** to this day, 3/29/2024 still has not returned either of our phone calls to provide a status on when he will return to heat the 3rd floor. My mother and I even reached out to the company that referred him, Cardinal **************** at ******************************************* at ************. I spoke to the manager, *********************, on 3/13/2024. He was able to get in touch with *********************** immediately and called me back to say that *********************** said he would call my mom either 3/13/2024 or 3/14/2024 about the part that he was waiting to come in for my mom's oil boiler. My mother never received that call nor any call to date. She is elderly and still does not have heat on her 3rd floor. I would like to know how you can help us to get ******* LLC (***********************) to finish the job. Thank you.

******* came to my home at ************************************ on 12-1-22. He provided an estimate for the job to the tune of $745.00. I game him that amount on the following day, 12-2-22; at which time ******* said he would return on 12-3-22 to do the work which he was paid to do. On 12-3-22 ******* called to reschedule. He said that he would come to the house to complete the job on 12-8-22. He arrived with 2 assistants on that date and proceeded to somewhat complete an unprofessional, shoddy job; which I have pictures to confirm. After a few hours of work, ******* told me that he had to leave to pick up his wife from the airport and that he would return to complete the job. It is presently 12-15-22 and I am still awaiting *******'s return. I have called his business several times and left messages to no avail. I am not happy with his unprofessionalism, his lack of technical skill and his blatant disrespect to me as a paying customer to his business.
