  Top Notch tree service! Great with communication, he and his help got the work done in a timely manner, clean up was just how I wanted it and he is very reasonably priced. Thank you and I would recommend you to anybody that needs tree service.

  October 8, 2022 My next-door neighbor hired a completely incompetent tree trimming and cutting service in September 2022. The company is *************************** ************* ********************** was hired to cut down a 40-foot-tall maple tree on my neighbors property approximately 20 feet from my house. He began cutting the tree on September 17, 2022. Instead of cutting small pieces from the top of the first large limb (as big around as a basketball) of the tree, he used a chain saw to cut that limb from near the tree's main trunk. The portion he cut was longer than the distance to my house and it fell hitting the center of my roof loudly with great enough force to bounce into my front lawn. I went out and explained that he would need a bucket to cut the rest of the tree because tall trees have to be cut from the top down and the trimmings lowered to the ground by rope. He stopped cutting and said he would return with an Arborists lift on September 20, 2022. When he returned, he did have a lift but again cut another limb (this one also as big around as a basketball) that was longer than the distance to my house and it also fell hitting my roof again with a loud bang. This caused my 77-year-old wife to have a panic attack, and I was concerned she was going to have a stroke. When she regained some of her composure, she had me help her call the police so we would have a record of our concern about this tree cutters incompetence. This type of accident would never happen with normal tree-cutting services. He did finish cutting down the tree without further incident on September 20, 2022, and he did repair a part of my gutter that he damaged.If people call to inquire if there have been any complaints about *************************** ************* please refer them to this letter.   We appreciate this reviewers concern, though the depiction of events is not completely accurate. The reviewer was explained the inherent risk of high wind and working at height in close proximities as well as the mitigation of those risks. It was our understanding that all concerns were addressed satisfactorily at the end of the day and the reviewers thanked us for not only handling a small bend in the gutter but also going above and beyond, and repairing the gutter on the entire front length of the house from age and wear, not damage, as an added value to this reviewer.
