I subscribed for $2.99/month to read an article and keep up with something. I tried to cancel the account after about 2 months when they raised the cost to $10.99/month without me knowing. You also can't cancel this account on your account page. You have to call them. After I thought it had been cancelled, I had to get a new debit card. They then proceeded to charge this card $40.00 in two days. I called them, and they assured me it was cancelled this time. I now get calls everyday telling me I have a balance that needs paid. I haven't been on this since November 2022, and they won't leave me alone. This is terrible customer service and becoming a really big problem. I managed to make it so they can't charge my card anymore, but the calls are getting quite annoying especially since I cancelled the account multiple **********************. And when they assure you that "This is the last call ma'am don't worry.", I promise you it's not.

Poor service, poor product. Constantly harping on divisive issues. I also get emails EVERY SINGLE DAY about a $3 subscription. I have a digital subscription for 99 cents/mo, and thinking of cancelling that.

I subscribed to **** times Monday - Friday and Sunday delivery. I have not received a paper since October 17, 2022. I have made many attempts with customer service and no one can tell me why Im not receiving a newspaper. I get told the same thing over and over , just give me 3 days to find out and no-one ever bothers to let me know anything. They tell me that there is a delivery person assigned to my area. My question is then why am I not getting service. I guess Erie times doesnt need my subscription.
