            I called Dave Holman of Erie and told them I was interested in purchasing a car for 0 down and $200 a month or less I said my mom is on a fixed income and cannot afford anymore than that I told the salesman If you can't do that don't bother to call me back because we won't be able to make a deal he said he would look and see what he could do he called me back 2 hours later and said he had 2 cars that he could do for $200 or less than 0 down We told him we would be bringing her car in it's in very bad shape and did not know if it would make it all the way in there so we didn't want to bring the car back with us we needed to drive away with the new car He said no problem he then spoke with me the next day and assured me they had a 2018 for less than $200 a month with 0 Down When we got there it was a different car there was no warranty and the payments were over $200 a month They literally honored nothing that they promised me on the phone. And then told me he would rather not sell it

            The DAVE HALLMAN HYUNDAI dealership in **** ** AND HYUNDAI company does NOT take responsibility for their product REPEATEDLY failing. My first catalytic converter failed at ****** miles. ** explanation. Just it happens. 2nd catalytic converter installed on 3/10/2023 and it just failed on 10/4/2023 after ****** miles. ****** the service department today (10/10/2023) and the message received was NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. NO SERVICE PERSON RESPONDING DIRECTLY TO MY CALL. IT WAS A SHORT MESSAGE GIVEN BY A STAFF PERSON (It is not covered by anyone) AFTER SHE CHECKED WITH SOMEONE ELSE IN THE SERVICE ***** Thank you for the service recovery effort!! It doesnt seem strange to them than it failed after such a brief period?? Hmmm. Sothis would be my 3RD Catalytic converter!!! **thing seems out of whack. MUST HAVE VERY LOW STANDARDS IF THIS SEEMS OKAY. After doing further research, THIS IS A FREQUENT COMPLAINT AND FAILURE OF HYUNDAI. LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME FAILURES. There is something wrong with the product. I
