    Logistics Trio misrepresented a residential household goods pickup as a standard freight load. After we discovered the address was a Venice residential location and not a freight facility, they attempted to force an illegal street-loading operation using a moving company shuttle. When we refused to violate ***** rules, they filed multiple FreightGuard reports in retaliation. This was not a performance issue it was coercion tied to a concealed HHG move. Pattern of similar complaints exists from other carriers.
