              Purchased fridge Jan 10th 2024. Fridge delivered Feb 6th 2024. Called Schultz Feb 7th to tell them fridge was not cooling. Called each day and they finally sent someone out Feb 13th. Repairman stated major repairs needed, lines cut, valves replaced, recharging appliance.....this was a brand new fridge. I said I did not want it repaired , I wanted my money refunded. Schultz told me they do not refund...I could get it repaired or get another fridge. I do not wish to do either. I would like my money refunded. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, US Bank, Feb 15th, it is still being looked into. I do not understand why they cannot refund my money for a broken fridge they sold me! I have attached my receipt and also a copy of the paper I sent to my credit card company with dates and times of correspondence

              I ordered a Lazy Boy Sofa Sleeper with an upgraded mattress that was too large for the frame. After many conversations and visits to my home during 5 months, they said I could accept the upgraded mattress or get the original mattress. I needed a mattress that fit, so I lost $200 because they refused a refund. I was shocked. I will never purchase anything again from Arthur F. Schultz.

              LaZboy offers only two mattresses and they are manufactured for LaZboy to THEIR specifications. When a consumer wishes an upgraded mattress for a sleeper there is only one option. We can not change the dimensions of the LaZboy sleeper or their mattress. They are designed specifically for their sleepers. We offered an option the customer chose to purchase and we offered options to satisfy their situation. Sleepers do require some finesse to open and close. We hope the new mattress helps.
