              Due to an emergency power outage we called Dobrick to reattach electric wires to the outside of our home. Penelec crew was present when Dobrick's Technician arrived. Instead of performing the required task, the Technician asked to see Service Panel in basement. Technician then (dishonestly) informed us that our entire Service had to be replaced and then an inspection would be needed. The Technician left and DID NOTHING. Penelec Crew Chief then came in and said your System is fine -no inspection is needed. Then Penelec Chief called Dobrick and informed him of this. Dobrick yelled at him "Get Someone ELSE then". We contacted another Electrician who came and had the job done in 1 hour. Dobrick did not perform the job we requested and tried to scam us into installing an entire new system. Now he sent a bill for $250.00 and keeps harassing us to pay it.

              Paid $2700 for a rewire of two rooms that were having issues under Dobrichs professional recommendation. ****** and still had the same issue after the work was completed. Called penelec (which Dobrich said they would do but never did) and they said it was a mainline issue and to never use this electrician again due to their sloppy work. The main line was sparking and burnt which was completely missed by Dobrich and if I wouldnt have called penelec it would have led to a house fire. If you want to overpay for amateur work that doesnt need done, Dolbrich electric is right for you! Side note: I stopped by to check on the progress of their work and none of the workers were in the house because they were outside getting high.

              ON 7/1/23 OUR ELECTRICIAN SHOWED UP WHICH WAS AFTER HOUR TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THE POWER WAS GOING ON AND OFF - THE ELECTRICIAN ASKED IF THE ***** OR TENANT CALLED PENELEC AND WAS TOLD THEY DID. WE AT DOBRICH ELECTRIC WERE INSTALLING DEDICATED CIRCUITS TO THE BEDROOMS FOR FLOOR MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONERS. WE REWIRED THE BEDROOM RECEPTACLES TO BE ON DEDICATED CIRCUITS - THE ***** HIMSELF WHO IS NOT A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN AND NOT ALLOWED TO PREFORM ELECTRICAL WORK ON INCOME PROPERTIES THAT HE DOES NOT RESIDE IN - HE CALLED ************** AND STATED HE WAS DOING ADDITIONAL WORK IN THE HOME. WE HAVE TEXT AND PHOTOS OF HIS WORK. AS TO THE EMPLOYEES GETTING HIGH IN THE ***** THEY BOTH HAVE MEDICAL CARDS AND ONLY SMOKE BEFORE AND AFTER WORK.
