On August 1st, I paid $290 to Transportation Solutions for the service of a 2 hour lesson and drivers test (invoice number: #***********). On their website, it is repeatedly advertised that there are no waiting lists for tests and one can be scheduled in two days. I purchased the lesson and test as It was an urgent matter for me, and I was under the impression I would be able to get in for the test in two days. After the purchase was made, it stated someone would be in contact with me to schedule my lesson or test. I received an automated email that my account had been set up on August 2nd, but no contact from anyone. On the portal, the dates available for scheduling were weeks in advance, and it only mentioned scheduling for lessons. On August 3rd, after still receiving no contact, I called to schedule my test and asked if I could receive a refund for the lesson portion, as this was an urgent matter and I couldn't wait that long. I was told that they would have someone contact me, and because of their advertising l, I believed I would be able to get my test scheduled in two days. I again received no contact from the business, continously demonstrating the misleading advertising that they had tests available. On August 8th, I sent an email to the business from my account. In the email, I stated I had been told I would be contacted multiple times, and despite me personally reaching out, I was continously unable to utilize the services I had paid for despite their misleading advertising on the availability of their services. After the email was sent, I received and automated message with the copy of my email and at the bottom it was stated that I could call their number and they would be happy to assist, which again has been demonstrated as not being true. I have still received no contact from the business despite being told I would be contacted multiple times. If I would've known I would be unable to even schedule my test, I would never have spent the money I did.
